Job Description
Busy Independent Financial Planning firm seeking Office Coordinator. We are a company that is devoted to serving our clients and communities by providing clarity and inspiring confidence in their financial future.
The Office Coordinator is a key member of our service team within the
company and will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager in organizing, planning
and implementing strategy within the service department. This member will assist in coordinating the office operations and help to ensure the office schedule and objectives are met by employees.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily customer operations
Coordinate outbound prospecting seminars and all follow up related
Calendar management and coordination between multiple calendars
Greeting inbound calls and efficiently directing calls to appropriate employees
Maintain and update CRM prospect and client database
Maintain and update processes and training manual
Vendor Relations
Participate in and or manage specific marketing projects
Outbound marking efforts directed for purposes of setting, confirming and following up on
appointments
Availability to assist and attend majority of client events and functions to serve as an ambassador of the company
Qualifications:
Bright, energetic professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing
environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes
High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem resolution skills
Demonstrate PC literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills verbal in person, via telephone and in writing via e-mail and other forms of written business communication.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years successful sales support or administrative experience, preferably in the financial service
industry and/or sales support related position
Must Maintain acceptable attendance standards.
