We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal-oriented inside sales coordinator to join our growing team. Re-Bath supports its staff by marketing aggressively to drive inbound calls. New marketing is constantly implemented to provide greater access to inbound and outbound calls, qualified and interested leads. You will be building relationships with potential customers through inbound marketing leads and outbound database follow up. Your ultimate goal is to set a qualified appointment for our outside sales team. The ability to cultivate and initiate relationships, develop instant rapport, ask open-ended questions (and listen to the answers), work your list of contacts and manage a pipeline are keys to success. You will also managing the home shows and fairs, including filling out the paper, setting up the hotels, and managing the calendar for the sales reps.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound call marketing to potential clients within our network with the goal of scheduling
appointments and converting leads to customers
Conducting in-depth needs assessments of potential clients, answering all questions, providing product
knowledge
Asking for referrals from prospects and clients
Following a script
Documenting communications with potential customers, use of CRM system
Required skills and abilities
Strong communication skills
A track record of success as a closer and in achieving or beating goals and quotas

Ability to build relationships, convey value of offering, obtain commitments and conversion
Skill and desire to achieve goals and work in a team environment
Manage all home shows, fairs and community events.
