Responsibilities:
Data Center Technician will troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues
Maintain and update documentation for supported technologies
Mentor junior technicians and assist with knowledge transfer
Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks remotely
Automate routine tasks using scripting tools when applicable
As a Data Center Technician, you will work independently to resolve support issues and escalate when necessary
Understand and manage all aspects of supported equipment
Innovate and make informed decisions while following detailed instructions when required
Required experience:
High School diploma or GED
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and networking
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work autonomously and in virtual team environments
Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA certification
Experience in hardware support and network troubleshooting
