Looking for a part time breakfast chef for week-ends The Mansion is legendary for its great food by the guests who frequent it and we are looking for a breakfast chef who shares that vision. Must love working with food and people and have a true hospitality spirit. Work is 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Must be able to work with Word Documents to type daily menus, plan and execute creative menus which change daily, beautiful presentation skills, interact with guests, clean up and help with check out of guests. Willing to train qualified candidates. Must be willing to take a drug test, be able to commit to a one year contract.
