Now Hiring: Tasting Room Bartender | Spirits & Cocktails | Monson Ranch Distillers – Prosser + Richland
Monson Ranch Distillers, the newest extension of Goose Ridge Estate Winery, is redefining the tasting room experience with small-batch spirits, seasonal cocktails, and curated bottle offerings straight from the heart of Washington. We’re looking for a spirited individual to help build our brand, connect with customers, and mix up something memorable.
This role will be primarily based in our Prosser Distillery Tasting Room, with occasional shifts at our Richland Tasting Room, where you’ll also have the chance to work with wine and hard cider.
The Right Fit:
You love the craft of bartending, are comfortable talking about spirits, and have a knack for creating a welcoming environment. You’re just as confident slinging cocktails as you are recommending a barrel-aged bourbon or a unique local gin. You’re excited to represent a growing brand and be part of something new.
What You’ll Do:
Mix and serve cocktails in our distillery tasting room
Engage and educate guests about our handcrafted spirits
Sell bottles and promote our spirit club (and cider/wine club in Richland)
Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming bar and tasting space
Support retail sales, track inventory, and assist with brand-building events
Occasionally work with wine and hard cider during Richland shifts
What We’re Looking For:
Prior bartending experience and basic knowledge of spirits are required
A warm, engaging personality and great communication skills
Must be 21+ with a MAST Class 12 permit and Food Handler’s Card
Ability to lift 45 lbs and stand for long periods
A team player excited to grow with us
Schedule:
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are required
Additional hours available as needed
