Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Kennewick, WA, serving the greater Tri-Cities area. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed.
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, or other certifications may be required depending on unit).
Minimum [X] years of nursing experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply depending on the position.
Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
