Position Overview:
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of community common areas, amenities, and vacant apartments. This role is essential in creating a positive living experience for our residents and ensuring our community always looks its best.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all common areas (clubhouse, office, restrooms, etc.)
Assist with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for new residents
Perform general housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damages to management
Follow established cleaning schedules and community standards
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (apartment, hotel, or commercial cleaning a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including occasional weekends if required
