Job Responsibilities:
Manage Inventory/Supplies
Create a tracking system for each account and manage expenses
Schedule and Track all special projects (Window cleaning/floor cleaning/one-time projects)
Coordinate work and create teams to complete tasks
Monitor work schedules to ensure there is limited overtime (30+ Employees)
This position will require travel in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana)
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and or lead when necessary
Must be familiar with business acumen
Must be computer savvy and understand how to send emails, log onto Zoom calls, create documents, and use various apps.
Will be directly overseeing 2-8 employees at any one time
Must be able to pass a fingerprinting background
Must have a good/clean driving record
Must be mechanically inclined
Experience with Forklift/scissor lift/boom lift is a definite plus!
Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus, too!
