Field Director- Position (travel is a must)
This position requires the following:
Janitorial Experience - Cleaning and Managing - this is not a desk job
Floor Experience - Stripping/Waxing/Coordinating Schedules/Traveling to sites
Management Experience - Coordinating work schedules/Projects to include:
Floors stripping waxing
Carpet Cleaning
windows
light replacements
special projects
The Field Manager is responsible for the Field, i.e., training, special projects, and monthly, yearly, and quarterly tasks.
Travel is a big part of this position. The primary areas are Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. The company car and all necessary expenses are paid during work travel.
Must be able to pass a fingerprinting background - as most of our positions are with the Federal Government
Must have a valid DL and a fairly clean driving record.
Must be tech-savvy and able to create schedules via Excel and or Word
Must have a good sense of business acumen
This is a great position that requires a person who can learn quickly, has experience in Janitorial or Facilities Maintenance, is flexible, can multitask, and is patient enough to mentor others.
