Starlight Construction seeks Finish Carpenters/Laborers to join their team in the Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland), Washington area. Previous experience preferred, but not required. We will train candidates with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in high-quality craftsmanship.
WHAT WE OFFER.
$20 - $30 per hour starting pay based on your knowledge and experience.
Paid vacation.
Paid holidays.
Full-time, year-round position working Monday–Friday.
Opportunity for overtime.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
Measure, cut, and install interior building materials like trim, doors, rail systems, and cabinetry.
Read and follow building plans.
Use power tools and hand tools to complete precise finish work.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient work.
Load, unload, and move materials needed for carpentry projects.
Work closely with the lead carpenter to ensure top-quality results.
Follow OSHA safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
Carpentry experience preferred, but not required – We will train motivated individuals.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Reliable and hardworking, with strong attendance and a great work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs. (with assistance) and work on ladders or scaffolding when needed.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
