Job Summary: Testing and analysis of product, production of product, responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Duties include:
Performs routine analytical procedures on pure and mixed gases.
Runs mixture calculations for routine mixtures.
Data entry. Maintains data both hard copies and electronically.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and methods.
Ensure that bulk tanks are sampled after receiving deliveries.
Ensures and production areas are neat and clean.
Be able to operate Lab in absence of the Lab Lead when needed.
Accurate and timely completion of paperwork per FDA requirements.
Commit to high performance through outstanding attendance and overall dependable work habits.
Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal regulations and laws.
Requirements include:
Associate Degree preferred.
Industrial/Specialty Gas experience preferred.
Knowledge of analytical chemistry methods and theories.
Advanced technical training.
Ability to work independently, establish priorities and accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.
Effective oral and written skills.
Must be organized and have good time management skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.
Must pass drug screen and background check.
Salary Range: Expected hiring salary is $25.00/hr.-DOE (The salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary for this position which is $25.00/hr. - $33.00/hr.)
