Tri-Cities area builder is looking for someone who wants to join a growing, energetic company. Duties will include cleaning up job sites during construction, setting up sprinklers for dust control (ON EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS TOO WHEN IT IS WINDY - and we all know the wind kicks up in the Tri-Cities whenever it feels like it - it doesn't take into consideration that we may be at a game, dinner, or family event).
This position requires someone who can:
keep our job sites clean
work quickly through the day. The cleanliness of our job sites depends on it.
be a self-starter
stay organized
drive a truck
Additional duties include:
mowing lawns
pulling weeds and removing tumbleweeds
digging holes
installing signs
pressure washing
stacking and moving building materials
driving a trailer or dump truck
Must be able to back up a trailer and dump truck safely at job sites and at the dump. Typical hours for this position will be 7 am - 4 pm. Pay range is $18 - $20 per hour DOE.
This position requires a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently, and to work safely, efficiently, and quickly. DO NOT apply if you are a smoker - we are a Non-Smoking company.
There is potential for growth - the right person may need to assist in framing and construction duties as well as the duties listed above.
