Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as carpentry work, power washing, and landscaping
- Conduct repairs on machinery, buildings, and equipment
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Assist in developing maintenance procedures and schedules
Requirements
Poses a valid drivers license
Have reliable transportation
