Our office is in Walla Walla, but we work remotely with many people throughout the country, and the world. This position will reside in Walla Walla. It's a fun, fast-paced but casual work environment. We're looking for someone with creative project management experience to join us, get things organized and help us grow the company. Key Responsibilities:
Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines involving all relevant stakeholders
Set up and maintain projects within Workamajig, the agencys project management tool
Proactively manage each step of the project including schedule, budget and quality of finished product; escalate issues to management as needed
As necessary, manage, monitor and communicate changes in scope for each project
Communicate with the team and interface with the client
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors, integrating their use with internal resources
Highlight potential risks or problems and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative approaches
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of creative project management experience
Experience managing large, complex web projects as well as print and digital projects
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building positive relationships both internally and externally
Understanding of project management best practices
Excellent organizational skills
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and able to work with ambiguity
Excellent time management skills
Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of each project
Solutions-oriented
Maintains a calm head in all situations
Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
