Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

Your Team
This position will directly report to the Owner Operator and will serve as the pivotal link between
the Ownership Team.
Position Summary
The Social Media Coordinator is instrumental in orchestrating the company's social media
initiatives, from strategy development to execution and analysis. This role demands an
individual with an understanding of social media dynamics, who can drive innovation and
engagement aligned with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
●Collaborate with the Owner Operator to devise and execute comprehensive social media
strategies.
●Lead efforts to enhance the company's social media presence and reputation.
●Explore novel approaches to audience engagement and identify emerging platforms.
●Monitor social media channels and actively engage with relevant content.
Content Management:
●Oversee the scheduling and publication of social media content across platforms.
●Create and manage monthly marketing calendar.
●Generate captivating content ideas and coordinate content creation efforts.
Maintain and optimize company profiles across various social media platforms.
Collaboration:

Analytics and Reporting:

Qualifications
Key Competencies:
The ideal candidate has experience driving engagement, innovation, and brand visibility across
diverse platforms. He or she has previous experience and has the following competencies:
1. Experience:
●Preferably 2-5 years of hands-on experience in social media or related digital marketing
roles.
●Demonstrated expertise in managing and leveraging various social media/SMS/email
platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and
Instagram.
●2. Skills
Genuine passion for social media with a deep understanding of evolving industry trends.
●Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
●Graphic artistic capabilities on various platforms such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
●Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
●Proven ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
●Strong alignment with the company's mission and vision.
