A large apartment community looking for a part time office/cleaning staff member. Schedule would be Friday 9-5pm, Saturday 9-5pm, and Sunday 10-4pm.
Friday and Saturday you would work in the office answering phone calls, emails, filing paperwork, working with residents and potential residents. Great attitude and customer service skills are a must. Business casual dress code.
Sundays our office is not open, however, you would clean the clubhouse, pick up grounds, answer phone calls. If we have a vacant apartment you would clean once you are done with the other assigned tasks.
Must pass a drug test and background check
