Romm Construction, Inc. is seeking to immediately hire a full time office bookkeeper. Hours will be on site Monday - Friday 7:30a.m.-4:00p.m. with a 30 minute lunch.
Responsibilities:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Weekly payroll
Data entry and filing
Basic office duties including copies/scanner, printing plans, answering the phone, checking mail daily, email correspondents, etc.
Human resource services for employees
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual submittal of company taxes
Monthly reconciliation of several accounts
Ordering office supplies
Cleaning of office and shop restroom
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of five years experience as a full service bookkeeper
Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
