Busy chiropractic and massage clinic looking for a friendly, patient-focused, team player to join their dedicated team of professionals. Responsible for:
- Providing quality customer service to patients at check-in and check-out
- Verifying patient insurance eligibility and service limits
- Making outbound calls to confirm patients, schedule or reschedule patients,
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Processing insurance and patient payments
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Word and Excel experience needed
- Fridays off early
