Job description:
We are hiring a General residential and Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance, unit turns, commercial/residential remodeling and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of buildings
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
Proven maintenance experience and varied skill set.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Experience with precision measuring instruments.
Experience performing flooring replacement & installation, minor carpentry, sheetrock repair & replacement, painting, appliance repair, hanging & framing doors, etc.
STRONG organizational and follow up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Strong time management skills.
Valid drivers license
