Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Pay: $13.50 + $500 commission at sale of property
Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
General Summary:
This position will be responsible for contacting leads via cold calling and selling them on our options for getting their house sold. To be successful in this position you will need to be organized, punctual, and have a great set of sales skills. Being a highly motivated sales person with an outgoing and charismatic nature are a must for this position. As this is a customer facing position tact, professionalism, and at times a thick skin will be necessary.
Please note that during the initial training and orientation period the successful candidate will be on a 9:00AM – 5:30PM schedule. After successful completion of the training period the schedule may be adjusted according to business needs but will remain a 40 hour a week full-time schedule.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have prior inside sales experience.
Goal oriented, outgoing, and a drive to win.
Real estate experience is a huge plus as is being fluent in Spanish as well as English.
The ability to handle shifting priorities.
Top-tier customer service skills are a must.
A strong sense of business ethics.
High School Diploma/GED.
Associates Degree in related field preferred.
