We are a Home Services company that provides exterior and interior painting services for homeowners and businesses.
The job responsibilities include:
-Manage and oversee Customer Cares’ daily processes
-Delegate tasks to appropriate department/ associate
-Quickly problem solve and determine proper resolution
-Call control and management to handle escalated contacts
-Manage and oversee Sales process and in-office follow up
-Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable and provide financial reporting upon request
-Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable and vendors
-Manage and oversee marketing and advertising plan
-Confirm each department information is accurately recorded
Requirements:
-Previous experience managing people in office setting
-Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
-Customer service background
-Strong people skills
-Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
-Self-motivated individual
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Positive attitude
Preferred:
-Previous experience with CRM
-Previous experience with QuickBooks
-Previous sales experience
-Previous experience in a service-based company
-Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour(starting wages)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
