Job Description:
FMI Equipment is seeking sales associates, service technicians and site management for its Richland Washington Business. FMI is a family owned business small enough to put family and customers first, big enough to offer quality solutions to our customers for outdoor power equipment, landscape equipment, compact construction equipment and rural lifestyle needs including a full line of tractors. We have a shop in Spokane and now a great new site in Richland Washington. FMI is seeking professional, self-motivated people who have high energy, high focus on people and relationships, and work with confidence balanced by humility. Now is the time to get involved in a growing and expanding business!
Responsibilities for the sales and site management jobs are:
Marketing, Sales and Service including rental of equipment with priority being outdoor power equipment and compact construction equipment. Building Relationships is a core value.
Customer Satisfaction
Administration of price quotes, building and maintaining Salesforce, and executing appropriate sale and service documents in compliance with FMI Equipment Software
Product Knowledge of FMI’s equipment lines and other competitive equipment lines or an ability to learn critical knowledge in a short time frame. Knowledge is a core value
Time spent in the Richland territory will focus on Tri-Cities-Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and surrounding areas including West Richland, Finley, Burbank, Benton City, Prosser.
Actively seeks out new business by consistently calling on prospects in the Richland territory.
Assisting FMI management and ownership in development of the Richland Washington Sales, Rental and Service Team in total. Demonstration of a strong commitment to FMI and our customers is a core value.
Outside sales cultivating relationships both existing and new in the Richland Territory.

Qualifications:
Site Manager/Product Specialists must be able to physically setup equipment for transport and be “hands‐on” with customer training.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of computer proficiency. Using technology to Connect with our customers and teammates is important.
