We are currently hiring at Leisure Pool-N-Spa!
Sales position is currently available- willing to train, although 6 years sales & customer service is preferred.
The sales representative will be responsible for exceeding company set revenue goals and converting leads into deals. We would expect this sales rep to ensure outstanding experience for all of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert Leads into Sales. Work with a CRM program.
Able to sale the product lines: Sell Hot Tubs, Endless Pool Systems, Chemicals, Splash pools, and parts.
Create revenue growth within their location by following up with every lead in a timely manner and tracking progress per company guidelines.
Ability to hold self to highest standard of professionalism and accountability.
Merchandising, cleaning, and replenishing showroom as needed.
Helping with in store customer walk through.
Helping customers purchase in store products and completing water test for customers.
Must be willing to work Full-time Monday-Friday 930a - 6p, and Saturday 930a - 4p (Saturdays are rotated in-between employees).
Will train using our computer system and POS system. Paid training.
Compensation will be determined per experience. Commission will be compensated for spa sales.
