In this role, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for enterprise applications and related systems, providing scalable solutions that align with business requirements. Associate Degree and two years' experience in Information Systems may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree. A High School Diploma or GED and four years' experience in Information Systems in a Healthcare setting may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: Five years of experience in a healthcare IT setting and/or technical environment supporting enterprise applications and working with end users, including five years configuring and supporting an enterprise-level application. Two years of experience in a senior analyst or leadership role supporting an Enterprise Application.Professional Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Certifications related to enterprise applications, ITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or similar are preferred. Clinical certifications, licenses, or credentials may be required. Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to lead group discussions and guide them to make key decisions. Experienced in taking a leadership role by facilitating effective team interactions and mentoring of analyst staff. Experience providing executive summaries to IS, Operational, and Clinical leadership, both written and verbal. Proven success leading and supporting advanced system integrations and/or major build projects. Knowledge of advanced information processing, computer systems analysis, and technical skills.
