R'nR RV Center in Liberty Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Body Shop Repair Technician with repair, prepping & painting experience. Applicants must be proficient at reading and understanding repair estimates and be able to do assigned work in allotted time. Previous Body Shop experience in RV, Heavy Truck, Automotive or Marine is preferred. Pay is based on Experience and Certifications.
Responsibilities:
Properly complete all assigned repairs and associated documentation
Maintain personal inventory of designated RV Body Shop Technician tools
Apply safety guidelines and proper training in operating all tools and equipment
Maintain your work area in a clean and orderly manner
Achieve set production goals
Present a professional image
Skills and Requirements:
Able to read and apply detailed instructions
Perform repairs to fiberglass, composites, steel and aluminum
Perform basic mechanical duties related to collision repairs
Strives to be excellent and stay up to date with product knowledge, training and industry changes
Communicate directly and effectively with shop management. Problem solve as a team.
