Commercial Superintendent – Construction (Richland)
We’re hiring a Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial builds in the Tri-Cities area.
Schedule: Full time, M–F, 7 AM–4 PM
Pay Range: DOE + truck + phone
Role Includes:
Leading field crews and subcontractors
Managing day-to-day site operations
Ensuring safety and quality on site
Reporting progress and coordinating with PMs
Requirements:
3+ years as a superintendent on commercial builds
Leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of plans, specs, and construction best practices
