We are a heavy Civil and infrastructure General Contractor that has been successfully contracting in Eastern Washington for 26 years. We are looking for a Grading Crew Foreman to work with our team. Please refer to all requirements needed below before submitting your resume.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
Management of all GPS and grade checking equipment
Management of lower tier Grade checkers / Operators / Laborers
On site project management.
Lay out and verification
Site localization
Responsible for reporting data to upper management
Willing to perform other tasks as necessary to include: Perform takeoffs, assist in estimating, fill-in operator
Temperament and experience Requirements:
Work safely by yourself and with others
A great team attitudes
Five years in employment in this capacity
Must be proficient in reading plans and specs
Management Requirements
Point of contact for project level grading related work
Liaison between company and Customer
Schedule and equipment and labor needs
Daily reporting of production
Project schedule development and maintaining
Driving Requirements
Clean driving record
CDL is a plus.
Qualifications
Must be proficient at the following:
Team leadership
Grade checking / layout experience
Five years using GPS
Knowledge of machine control systems i.e., calibrate, set up, and trouble shoot (Topcon system experience preferred but not mandatory)
Typical day may require two or more hours of drive time to and from various construction projects
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
