Prodigy Property Management is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Red Pine Apartments located in Kennewick, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys building maintenance. Wage is based on experience.
Scope and Purpose: To be responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager, for the maintenance of the property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and residents welfare.
Keep the grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages and/or parking lots, in a neat and orderly manner, not allowing any trash or debris to accumulate.
Assist management/leasing staff with curb appeal which may include detailing model units, putting out balloons, banners, a-boards, etc.
Complete work orders.
Regular maintenance of the building exteriors and interiors.
Maintain pool, hot tub and/or saunas.
Parking areas are to be maintained in a clean and safe manner.
Keep an inventory on all parts and tools belonging to the community. Maintain a neat and organized workshop area free of clutter and debris.
Turn vacant units within 3 days of the prior residents move-out.
Change the lock(s) on all vacant unit doors.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Require a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Must pass a pre-employment / post-offer background check and drug test.
