Smile-A-Mile Painting is looking for experienced sales professionals who’ve studied what it takes to be great at sales. If you’re someone who is competitive and studies other experts to improve your sales skills, then you’re someone we want to talk to.
We are an established painting company that provides painting services, exterior and interior, for homeowners and businesses. Our office staff builds relationships with potential customers and schedules appointments in preparation to meet with our estimators. Our sales experts then meet with our clients to help educate & present a price of what it takes to get their painting done. As a team, we’re actively involved in our community and take part in networking & local events to meet potential future clients and better serve our community.
Responsibilities:
Meet clients and present a price to complete their painting
Handle sales objections clients may have (Example: I want to get three estimates)
Stay in contact with clients until they close on their painting project. (Phone call, text message, video message, and schedule on site visits.)
Attend networking and community events to represent our company and help establish new customers (some event weekend work required)
Manage customer expectations throughout the painting project if needed. (We have a whole team that works together to manage our jobs. However, the sales expert has a relationship with the client and helps with problems or change orders.)
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Self-motivated with a desire to win
Previous sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft proficient
