HORIZON CREDIT UNION is looking for an experienced Financial Service Representative to join our team at our Moses Lake Branch! We are seeking applicants who are highly motivated, energetic and compassionate. A passion to provide exceptional service to our members and comfort level in educating members on products and services and how they can benefit their financial path is a key part of this position and the success of the branch.
In this position you will serve as liaison between the member and the credit union. Lead responsibility includes the proactive fulfillment of consumer lending needs (loan processing, closing, disbursal). Open various account types for members, resolve issues, cross-sell value added services, interview and professionally handle the member’s daily needs. May lead the activities of Tellers or Member Service Representatives. Courses and/or training may be required.
Our ideal candidate will have three years related experience in the fulfillment of consumer lending needs and new accounts as well as a passion to provide outstanding member service.
