We are currently conducting a usability testing study focused on the experience of applying for and using state-provided services. This study aims to test and improve the usability of a new, revamped website flow for accessing state services.
This is a fully remote usability testing session conducted over Zoom. Participants will be asked to share their thoughts and feedback. If you qualify for this study, you will be invited to the study and receive $75 after completing your session via email.
