Fisher Construction Group is seeking Construction Laborers to work on construction projects in Eastern Washington. The first assignment will be in Othello, WA. On-the-job training is provided and opportunity for advancement to other construction positions is available.

TITLE: Construction Laborer
REPORTS TO: Project Superintendent
Summary:
Provides general support services to the construction project in the area of site clean up and organization.
Essential Functions:
The Construction Laborer may sweep, pick up construction debris, rake, carry away trash, and other duties pertaining to keeping the job site neat and safe. May locate and deliver tools to carpenters on the site. May perform fire watch for welding and cutting activities. May repair tools.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to maintain a good attendance record.
Must have physical ability to work in an outdoor environment in all weather. Must be able to navigate stairs, ladders, rough terrain, etc., as is found on a construction site.
Ability to complete assigned work on time and in an effective manner.
Education and Experience:
Experience in the construction industry in a hands-on capacity is desired.
