We just purchased a farm near Wilson Creek, WA and need help doing the farm work. We are seeking someone with extensive farm experience. The farm raises beef cattle and hay and some wheat.

YOU SHOULD HAVE: References for prior employers Extensive experience raising cattle and hay The motivation to work as a team player but also independently on projects with minimal supervision The ability to do farming and maintenance on a large property The ability to build and repair tools, fences, etc. Qualities such as dependability, reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude The availability to work 40 hours per week, and occasional overtime during harvest season The ability to stay highly organized with great attention to detail and be deadline-oriented The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion Reliable transportation
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS: Anything that needs to be done around the property or anything that is asked of you Farming (Working with cattle, heavy labor, operating equipment and tractors)
