Shifts Available: Day & Night (10-hour shifts)

About the Role
- You'll be on the front lines of quality control—inspecting, documenting, and using specialized tools to maintain excellence in every batch.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections for foreign materials, blemishes, and mold.
- Accurately document quality attributes like size, color, brix, and defects.
- Operate QA tools including thermometers, refractometers, calipers, and metal detectors.
- Perform line pre-op inspections, swabbing, and complete QA checklists.
- Follow protocols for sample retention and pathogen testing.
- Prepare and label sample analysis.
- Maintain detailed records in Excel, Google Sheets, or internal QA systems.
- Communicate any non-conformance issues clearly to supervisors.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and a great communicator.
- Familiarity with QA logs, batch records, and traceability systems is a plus!
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- day and nights available
- Must have weekend availability
Pay:
- $20/hr
- Paid weekly
