Job Summary:

As a Manufactured Home Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of purchasing manufactured homes. This role involves building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless home-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through in-person, phone, and online inquiries to understand their needs and preferences.

Present manufactured home options, features, and financing solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Conduct tours of model homes and communities, highlighting benefits and addressing customer questions.

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with finance teams to assist customers in securing loans or financing options.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new home models to provide expert guidance.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Participate in marketing events, open houses, and community outreach to generate leads.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven sales experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Knowledge of financing options and lending processes is a plus.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
