Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Service Mechanic to join our team. As a Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for keeping track of service maintenance schedules and maintaining various vehicles and farm equipment. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Must provide your own tools
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Have valid drivers license
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Mechanic or similar role
- Farm equipment experience is preferred
- Proficient in using tools and equipment
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
