As a Senior Director Management Contract Services, you will partner with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate and allow them to use our global expertise to develop one of the leading brands in the hospitality industry. On the Owner Relations and Management Contract Services team reporting to the Vice President, Owner Relations and Management Contract Services, you will retain and increase fee EBITDA by managing the transition process for all managed hotel sale transactions, strengthening current and new owner relationships, renewal of management agreements, relicensing, helping resolve all owner related issues including legal concerns related to management agreements, operational issues, responsiveness to requests and performance concerns. Negotiate the renewal of management agreements and relicensing. Documenting and securing appropriate internal approvals in the global deal approval process. Drafting management agreements for new development deals once terms have been agreed and oversee the distribution of agreements to relevant parties.

Provide support to resolve owner-related issues, review management contracts with legal and VP assistance to settle disputes, and address owner-reported concerns by communicating with operations teams and responding promptly.

Manage the entire hotel transition process for all managed hotels, ensuring seamless transitions, communicate effectively with all parties, and compliance with legal agreements. Analyzing purchase, sales and management agreements and mitigating risks, and refining procedures.

How you will collaborate with others:

Primary liaison with Ownership, Buyer, 3rd party Managers, SVPs, AVPs Quality Assurance, Franchise Administration, Development, Operations Finance, Brands, Revenue Management, IT, and any other department involved in the hotel transition, agreement renewals, problem resolutions and other processes to ensure completion of actions to ensure a smooth, successful transition or transaction and to refine the processes in place for transitions or transactions.

What you will take ownership of:

Facilitate owner relationship development through strategic meetings, orientations, and webinars, including conducting owner orientation meetings and webinars, preparing updated presentations, and scheduling owner meetings throughout the year.

Provide analysis on NPV of new agreement terms, negotiated franchise deals, forecasts, budgets, hotel trends, hotels at risk for cash shortages, lender defaults, performance triggers and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and exposure.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years of work experience within the hotel industry

Knowledge of hotel operations, market demand fundamentals, hotel capital expenditures, and hotel financial processes and analysis

Travel up to 50% (if applicable)

It would be useful if you have:

Mix of experience including hotel operations, Sales & Marketing, concentration in the full service/upscale segment of the hotel industry, multi-unit experience and familiarity with the Hilton full-service brand, general knowledge of management and franchising agreements, real estate terminology and transactions

Five (5) years or more of leadership experience and demonstrated managerial and relationship-building skills
