Overview:Your Footprint as a Senior Executive Assistant Will Be to provide high-level support to our Chief Information Officer, CTSS (CIO), and Chief People Officer, USA (CPO). In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity, innovation, and integrity.The duties and responsibilities of this role involve a high degree of initiative and independence while understanding Teleperformance's processes, systems, policies, and procedures. In this role, it is critical to be able to balance technical, complex, and urgent matters while exhibiting professionalism and confidentiality. Using your exceptional communication skills and multi-tasking abilities, you will effectively communicate key initiatives to team members, provide guidance and direction when appropriate, and manage multiple complex calendars and schedules. We are looking for someone with high energy and strong project management skills who can balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.TP is a fast-growing company, and the ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities is a must. The utmost professionalism and confidentiality are imperative, as you will be working on sensitive projects and will be privy to confidential information.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for the CIO and CPO with the ability to understand and anticipate challenges facing leadership executives and manage/reschedule priorities effectively and proactively.

Schedule meetings, prepare meeting logistics, coordinate preparation, and distribution of materials, maintain calendar, assign tasks, etc.

Prepare correspondence, presentations, and internal and external communications, as requested, and partner with internal communications as needed.

Book domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground travel) including complex planning of meeting agendas and logistics, assist with meeting coordination, and create detailed itineraries for executive travel.

Proactively organize staff meetings, follow up on action items, plan agendas for offsites, lead special projects, assist with budget planning.

Manage executive day-to-day schedule, confirm meetings, enter expenses, and attend to other matters as needed.

Coordinate across leadership to help drive initiative deadlines and deliver packaged materials, ensuring it is timely, accurate, and comprehensive.

Serve as liaison between for CIO/CPO across other departments, as required.

Handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion; understand problems and suggest solutions.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and timelines.

Establish processes to make departmental interaction more efficient and effective; identify business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate

Track and help drive completion of key initiatives across organization and follow-up with outstanding items.

Be a point of contact for internal teams and partners.

Works independently and proactively and uses sound judgment skills daily.

Ability to learn, retain and use specific operational guidelines.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, GED, or equivalent work experience

8+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior-level executives.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with solid attention to detail

Problem-solving and decision making

Proactive communication and resolution by taking initiative WH

Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Discretion and confidentiality

Proficient in Microsoft Office), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms

Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
