Receptionist
Customer Service/Body shop experience a huge plus. Job duties include follow up calls, reminder calls, new claim appointment setting. Must possess good customer relation skills and clerical/computer skills. Must have great voice with good clarity and communication skills. Must have professional appearance. Must be dependable, reliable. Job duties include clerical and office assistant work. If you know how to treat people, have great customer service skills and like variety in your daily activities, you may be a great fit for this shop.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities will include: Answering phones and re-directing calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating tow drivers for service calls. Providing updates to customers on the status of their vehicles by communicating with team members, working with the advisors and making calls on their behalf, Populating and maintaining the customer database with customer information, files, and vehicle service information. Shop experience a plus but not required. A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to work on a team will be the key to your success. We are a local small business with a team of professionals that respects one another. We provide excellent service to our customers and they are #1 so strong customer services skills are a must. Attention to detail. You will need to be flexible and able to handle ambiguity as every day will be a little different.
