Maintenance Manager needed full time for Thursday - Monday at Self Storage and U-Haul truck rental location in Port Angeles, WA. Salary plus bonus offered as well as a Previous self Storage experience preferred. We offer a nice and friendly office to work out of as well as a clean atmosphere at our facility. Work history with references and background and drug test required.
Responsible include but not limited to:
Daily General cleaning and upkeep
Cleaning U-Haul Trucks and moving them onsite
Using the Blower to blow leaves
Inspecting and cleaning units when needed
Doing lock checks
Renting U-Haul Trucks and Trailers
Using computer software for the storage
Showing and renting storage units
Completing rental agreements and administrative paperwork
Making rent payments in software program
Issuing notices as needed
Maintaining accurate files and paperwork
Enforcing rules and regulations
Performing other duties as assigned
Applicant must be able to lift 70lbs
