The Hybrid Client Care Specialist role will primarily be our front-line staff who interacts with our referrals and patients on the phone and in store- and at times will be required to help out in the field making deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate service mentality, be a quick learner of the equipment we carry, be able to recommend appropriate products and complete necessary documentations.

In addition, you must be able to lift up to 80lbs as needed, have a valid driver's license and can drive a company vehicle.
