Seeking Kitchen Lead. High Volume Experience Required.
What you will do as a Leader on our Team:
Coach, mentor, and elevate those around you
Maintain overall BOH cleanliness & order/rotation of all inventory
Lead shifts including problem-solving, schedule troubleshooting, and planning
Ensure that all operational & health standards are maintained
Partner with FOH staff to delivery exceptional guest experience
Treat staff with respect to foster a happy and productive work culture
Candidate Requirements:
1+ years of leadership or related experience
Ability to communicate well and be reachable
Open and flexible schedule
WA State ServeSafe Certification / Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM)
Ability to balance working on line as a lead while fulfilling lead duties
Have experience managing ordering, inventory, and vendor rep correspondence
Experience with writing prep/check lists and oversight of execution
