Our adult family home, a small and beautifully appointed 6-resident adult family home in Sequim, WA, is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team. We provide exceptional care in a warm, home-like environment, where residents are treated like family.
We are currently hiring for two caregiver positions:
1. Live-In Caregiver (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care for up to 6 residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing
Prepare and serve meals, light housekeeping
Medication management
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in caregiving, elder care, or adult family home setting
Highly reliable, dedicated, and passionate about senior care
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Care Aide (HCA), or Nurse Delegation certification is a plus

2. Caregiver – Part-Time to Full-Time (Hourly Shifts)

Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

Prior caregiving or elder care experience preferred
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
Able to work independently and follow care plans
Certification (CNA, HCA) preferred but not required
