Seeking Administrator for Successful Home Care Cooperative

Peninsula Homecare Cooperative – an established, successful, and local company caring for seniors in their homes – is seeking a new office administrator. This position oversees all day-to-day tasks of the business including communication, quality assurance, human resources, and general office-management duties. PHC is a worker-owned cooperative – meaning the caregivers own the company. The new administrator will work for the caregivers and report to their board of directors. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding and appreciation for both senior care and worker-ownership and be experienced in business administration and management. Training commences on July 1, 2025 at 20 hours per week with a $25 starting wage.
