Elite cat boarding facility is in need of a motivated, detail orientated, self-starter to join our team as an animal care specialist. This position is responsible for providing high quality animal care for the morning animal care shift. We are located in a serene country setting in the Montesano area, off of the Brady exit.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday (optional) and Monday shift working 2-3 hours each day, depending on occupancy.
$19/ hr rate of pay.

Cleaning is very important to this position. Must enjoy cleaning and organization, be self motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision, after training.
Desired candidate will be comfortable handling cats in a safe and professional manner.
Primary responsibilities include working in the cat boarding area. An animal care specialist cleans and maintains all parts of the cat boarding area. Tasks include handling and moving cats, to perform necessary feeding, cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
Must be comfortable handling cats in a safe and professional manner during the check in, check out and cleaning processes to maintain the safety of our team and cats. An animal care specialist will feed cats as directed, maintain litter boxes, clean boarding units, wash dishes, wash bedding and other assigned cleaning duties. Additional duties include taking photos for social media and client communication, preparing food and medication, rotating kitty playtime.
Team member must have excellent attendance and communication skills.
