About us
We’re a small, respectful team working on a long-term residential building project and are looking for someone reliable to help with general upkeep and day-to-day support around the property and jobsite. This is a flexible, behind-the-scenes role that plays a key part in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Tidying and sweeping outdoor/indoor areas
· Organizing tools and keeping work spaces clean/organized
· Light directed touch-up tasks after construction work
· Light painting and staining
· Small errands into town to pick up supplies
· Occasional planting, watering, mowing and light yard work
What We’re Looking For:
· Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
· Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors
· Has an eye for keeping things clean and orderly
· Enjoys varied, hands-on work
· Must be respectful, communicative, and punctual
This role does not require any construction experience—in fact, we prefer someone without a background in trades, as the focus is on general support and caretaking rather than building. The team is easygoing and hard-working, and the work environment is calm and respectful.
Schedule & Pay:
· $25/hour
· 10am–3pm, three days/week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
