Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bi-Lingual Insulation Installer to assist with the installation of insulation materials for residential and multi-family properties. This position requires an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Install insulation materials (e.g., fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) in homes and multi-family buildings.
Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials to specific areas and ensure proper installation.
Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.
Work with a team to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols on all job sites.
Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or project manager promptly.
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy materials.
Familiarity with insulation materials and installation techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
