What Are We Looking For:
We are looking for an energetic candidate who wants to work outdoors for a fun, fast paced, and growing company.
The Good Man, Inc. team has an immediate opening for a Sanitation Route Driver. The Sanitation Route Driver is responsible for maintaining rental units on a predetermined route. You will have the opportunity to work independently and stay active all day long.
This is not some boring driving position.
Only about 30% of the day is driving, the rest of the time the Sanitation Route Driver is lifting, reaching, bending, and pushing (hey, you won't have to pay for a gym membership!). You will visit customer locations, including special events, construction sites, wedding venues, parks, anywhere people need our services...which is just about everywhere.
At these locations, the Sanitation Route Driver is responsible for:
⢠Repetitively lifting sanitation cans on and off the truck - it is labor intensive (lifting, bending, reaching)
⢠Ensuring a positive experience for all Good Man, Inc. customers
⢠Operating Good Man, Inc. equipment safely, including driving large trucks from location to location
⢠Interacting with customers and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner
⢠Keeping pace with production standards
⢠Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues as soon as possible
Who Are We Looking For:
You're perfect for this job if you:
⢠Are Ready to Work Hard
⢠Eager for Overtime
⢠Have a Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
⢠Have General Geographic Knowledge of the Olympic Peninsula (and can follow GPS)
⢠Are able to lift 70+ pounds repetitively throughout the day and ability to climb in and out of the truck 60+ times per day
