Small established interior design practice seeks a well rounded junior designer with project management experience. A Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and some work experience in the contract design profession is required. We anticipate a half time commitment and are able to accommodate schedule restrictions for the right individual
Initial work would be as an independent contractor but would likely lead to full time employment. You must be based in the greater Seattle Metro area. Travel in the region will be part of this role so you should have a reliable vehicle to get around in.
Work experience can be in hospitality, multifamily or continuing care. Other relevant experience would be foodservice, private club and wellness. An interest in architectural history is helpful but not required. CAD, Sketchup and strong time management skills are required.
