JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Contract Administration Assistant position is responsible for administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible for arranging internal office project administration over the vessels build process varying in size, complexity and owners' requirements Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.

Essential Functions

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, data entry, scanning, ect.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, appointments and travel.

• Communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image to arrange meetings with clients and send progress updates.

• Prepare, process and track all project-related documents.

• Engage in company Lean philosophy

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and software such as computers, phones, photocopiers, CRM, and Microsoft Suite.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

1. High school education or equivalent.

2. At least two years of previous experience in office/manufacturing setting.

3. Microsoft Office suite proficient

Travel

5-10% travel is expected for this position.
